"Desperate for gender-affirming surgery, a young transgender woman performs a Satanic ritual to get the vagina she’s always wanted… but she unwittingly invites a demonic presence into her home which demands a terrible sacrifice."

Shot by Roger Stonehouse (AACTA-winning thriller Birdeater), The Dysphoria features practical effects by Sharp FX (Late Night with the Devil) and performances by Eva Rees (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Nowhere Boys), Adam White (Possum Hunter), Emmanuelle Mattana (Videoland, Mustangs FC), Carissa Lee (Sammy J, Planet Lulin) and Tim Clarke (High Country, The Doctor Blake Mysteries).
