DESCRIPTION
A visceral psychological thriller experienced through the eyes and ears of a Deaf teenager as they navigate a grungy house party. Developed over a year with the Deaf community, the short film is led by a breakthrough performance by Deaf actor Bronek Lemów in their first screen performance. Told in English and Auslan (Australian Sign Language), the short premiered at Monsterfest in Sydney and Image+Nation in Montreal, and was released by the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) as an official “Staff Pick” to mark International Day of People with Disability 2020.
