Kylie Aoibheann is an Garigal/Sydney-based transgender writer and director best known for her work in the horror and thriller genres.
Co-founder of the production company Inner Pictures, her short films include the trans horror THE DYSPHORIA (winner of Screen Australia’s Gender Matters Taskforce Screenwriting Prize), psychological horror SEE FOR YOURSELF (streaming on ABC iView), documentary FAREWELL HAPPY FIELDS (with celebrated poet Fiona Wright) and queer romance ASEXY (featured in Star Observer, ABC Queer and FilmInk).
Kylie is in development of her debut feature DEADNAME: a supernatural horror supported by Screen Australia and accelerated in the Australians in Film (AiF) Untapped Lab.
She also she works as an editor and story consultant, and has appeared on various panels including SXSW Sydney and Triple J's The Hook-Up.
Kylie lives, works, and creates on the stolen lands of the Gargial (Caregal) people of the Eora Nation.

Oliver Ellis is a Naarm/Melbourne-based producer who draws from their identity as a neurodivergent, queer, and non-binary creative to realise ambitious screen projects.
Co-founder of production company Inner Pictures, their short films as a producer include the documentaries CODA (with Jodee Mundy OAM) and FAREWELL HAPPY FIELDS (with Fiona Wright), award-winning supernatural horror short THE DYSPHORIA, psychological horror SEE FOR YOURSELF (ABC iView), queer romance ASEXY (featured in Star Observer, ABC Queer and FilmInk) and female-led drama UNWILTERED.
Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Screen Production from the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and a Graduate Certificate in Politics and International Studies from the University of Melbourne.
They were also one of The Minus18 Foundation’s inaugural Young Leaders in 2021. Outside of producing, Oliver also works as a story consultant, assistant director, and photographer.
They live, work, and create on the stolen lands of the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation.
